Search leads

Find and select ideal LinkedIn prospects in Flow AI. Use the same kind of filters you get with Sales Navigator, plus AI search and profile keywords, then add prospects to a list for outreach.

Search is where you build your outbound list. You define who you want to reach, pick the right people from the results, and add them to a list. That list then feeds into Autopilot or your manual outreach. Flow AI focuses on people who have posted on LinkedIn in the last 30 days so connection and reply rates stay higher.

How search works

  1. Open the Search tab in Flow AI.
  2. Set your filters. Every filter works like a tag: start typing (a job title, industry, location, company, and more) and pick from the suggestions. Each choice becomes a chip, and you can add several per filter.
  3. Fine-tune with include / exclude tags and keywords (see Filters and search categories).
  4. Click Search — it activates once you’ve set at least one filter. Results load 25 per page, with the total match count at the top. People already connected to you are not shown, so you never double-message them.
  5. Select the prospects you want and add them to a list (see Add prospects to a list).

Filters and search categories

Filters match LinkedIn Sales Navigator. With a Sales Navigator licence connected you get the full granular set — open More filters to expand them all:

  • Keywords — free text across a profile’s headline, about, and experience. You can also search here for a specific person by name.
  • Industry, Job Title, Location — your everyday targeting filters.
  • Connection Status — 1st, 2nd, or 3rd+ degree.
  • Current Company, Past Company, School — target by where people work now, worked before, or studied.
  • Seniority and Function — target by level and department.
  • Company Headcount and Company Type — target by company size and type.
  • Activity Signals — focus on people showing recent activity on LinkedIn.

Tags, and include vs exclude. Each value you pick becomes a tag. A green tag with a + includes that term; click the toggle and it turns red with a to exclude it — a negative term for filtering out titles, companies, or locations you don’t want.

Always on: in the background, Flow AI limits results to people who posted on LinkedIn in the last 30 days, which lifts connection and reply rates. You don’t set or see this.

Add prospects to a list

Once the results look right, select the people you want and add them to a list — that list is what feeds your outreach.

  1. Tick individual rows, or use the header checkbox to select this page (25), a custom amount, or select all. You can add up to 2,000 at a time (a LinkedIn API limit).
  2. A bar shows how many prospects are selected. Click Add to List.
  3. Choose an existing list, or Create a new list, then confirm.

What happens next

After you add prospects to a list, they enter your outreach flow. If the list is on Autopilot, the system runs the sequence (profile visits, post likes, connection requests, and follow-ups) for you. If you prefer to message manually, use the list from Connections and Messages. Either way, people who have already accepted your connection request do not appear in search so you never double-message them.

Autopilot runs sequences from your lists. Connections and Unified Inbox are where you manage and reply to people who connect.
