Playbooks
Playbooks are proven workflows for LinkedIn outreach and your pipeline. Flow AI uses them to keep sequences and replies consistent and effective.
What are playbooks?
A playbook is a repeatable way to do something. In Flow AI we use the term for (1) the outreach sequence that Autopilot runs (profile visit, like, connect, nurture) and (2) the reply logic that Co-pilot uses when it drafts messages. Both are designed to improve acceptance and reply rates while staying within LinkedIn limits.
Outreach sequence
When you add prospects to a list, Autopilot runs a fixed sequence: profile visit, like most recent post, wait, then connect, then nurture with further visits and likes. You do not edit the sequence steps in the product; the playbook is applied automatically so every list follows the same, tested flow. Timing and daily limits (for example 15 connection requests per account per day) are built in to keep accounts safe.
Reply playbooks
When you ask Co-pilot for a draft, it uses a reply playbook: a set of rules and patterns for how to respond (e.g. acknowledge their message, reference their role or company, add a clear next step). The AI combines that with the prospect’s profile and your offer context so drafts sound like you and fit the conversation.
