Unified Inbox

Read and reply to all your LinkedIn conversations in one place. The inbox opens with Unread by default so you can focus on new replies first.

The Unified Inbox (Messages) is where you handle every LinkedIn conversation with connected prospects. You can open it from the main Messages nav or by clicking Message on a row in Connections. You stay in control: AI suggests replies, and you send them.

Layout

  1. Chat area: About two-thirds of the screen. Full conversation history in a standard chat view.
  2. Prospect sidebar: Right-hand side. Enriched LinkedIn profile details so you have context while you reply.

You always see which team account (sender) is linked to the prospect and owns the conversation.

Composing messages

You can type your reply, use snippets, or ask for an AI draft. AI drafts use the prospect’s profile, the full thread, and your offer context. You review and edit before sending. You can also schedule messages for a later time (similar to scheduling in Gmail).

Connections is where you see who to message. Co-pilot drafts your replies. Account → Co-pilot sets your prompts and snippets.
