Where to find it
In the app, open the account or settings menu and go to Support. You can open guides, start a chat, or check status there.

Live chat
Start a live chat from Support when you need help from the team. We respond during business hours.
System status
Check system status to see if Flow AI or LinkedIn connectivity is experiencing issues. If something is down, status will be updated there.
