Multiple senders

Connect more than one LinkedIn account to your workspace. Flow AI rotates prospects across your team accounts so no two people message the same contact.

When you add prospects to a list in Flow AI, you assign one or more team accounts (LinkedIn profiles) to that list. Each of those accounts is a sender. The system divides prospects evenly across senders and ensures no overlap: one prospect is ever linked to only one sender. That keeps outreach consistent and avoids duplicate messages.

In Settings → Team, each teammate connects their own LinkedIn account. Every connected account is a sender; Add Member invites another.

How it works

  1. In Settings → Team (or Account → Team) you connect LinkedIn accounts. Each teammate connects their own profile; we do not support connecting someone else’s account.
  2. When you create or edit a list, you choose which team account(s) to assign. You can pick one or several.
  3. Prospects added to that list are split across the assigned senders. The system tags each prospect with a single sender and list.
  4. All connection requests and messages for that prospect go from that sender’s LinkedIn account. In the Unified Inbox and Connections you see which sender owns each conversation.

The Owner column in Connections shows which sender owns each connection — filter by owner to see one teammate’s pipeline.

Limits per sender

Each LinkedIn account has its own daily limits (for example 15 connection requests per day). Flow AI applies those limits per sender and runs a short warm-up for new accounts. The number of active lists you can run at once is capped by your total daily connection capacity across all senders. See Autopilot for details.

Autopilot uses senders to run lists. Account → Team explains how to add and manage LinkedIn accounts.
