Co-pilot

Configure custom prompts and dynamic snippets so Co-pilot can suggest better messages and replies.

Where to find it

In the app, open the account or settings menu and go to Co-pilot. You can manage prompts and snippets there.

Custom prompts

Define prompts that tell Co-pilot how to write. Use them when composing messages or asking for AI drafts. Co-pilot uses your prompts plus the prospect’s profile and conversation history to suggest replies.

Snippets

Create dynamic snippets (reusable text with optional placeholders) for quick insertion into messages. Co-pilot can suggest snippets based on context.
