Quickstart

Get from zero to your first LinkedIn outreach sequence in a few minutes. Flow AI helps you book more calls without the grind—and you stay in control every step of the way.

Flow AI is built for founders and salespeople who know that cold email has stopped working and content alone won’t fill the pipeline. We focus on LinkedIn outreach that actually works: personalised messages, clear follow-up, and replies that turn into booked calls. Everything runs in copilot mode by default—AI drafts, you review and send—so you never lose control of your voice or your relationships.

What you’ll do

In this quickstart you’ll connect your LinkedIn account, define who you want to reach, and launch a short sequence (a few steps of connection requests and messages). You’ll see how Flow AI suggests messages that sound like you, tracks who’s replied, and reminds you when to follow up—so you never drop the ball on a hot lead.

1. Connect LinkedIn

Flow AI runs on your LinkedIn account so your outreach comes from you, not a bot. In the app, go to Account setup (or follow the prompt after signup) and connect your LinkedIn profile. We use LinkedIn’s API where possible and only send messages when you approve them in copilot mode—so your account stays in good standing and your tone stays human.

If you haven’t already, complete Account setup. For quick sending, install the optional Maya browser extension under Settings → Extension and make sure you’re logged in to LinkedIn in the same browser.

2. Define your ideal buyers

Good outreach starts with the right people. In Flow AI you’ll use Search leads to build a list of accounts and contacts that match your ideal customer—by industry, job title, company size, or signals you care about. You can bring in leads from your CRM, a spreadsheet, or enrich from LinkedIn. The goal isn’t volume; it’s the right meetings, so we help you prioritise who to message first.

3. Run your first sequence

A sequence is a short series of steps—for example: connection request → follow-up message → maybe one more nudge. Flow AI drafts each step for you using context about the prospect and your offer. You review, tweak if you like, and hit send. That’s copilot: AI does the heavy lifting, you keep the relationship real.

Start with a small list (e.g. 20–50 people) and a 2–3 step sequence. Watch opens and replies in the dashboard. When someone replies, they’ll show up in your Unified Inbox so you can reply and book a call without switching tools.

What’s next

Once you’re comfortable with the basics, dig into Account setup to add team members, connect more senders, or wire up your CRM. Then use Search leads to refine who you’re targeting and Autopilot or Co-pilot to scale your sequences—always with you in the loop so every message feels like you.
