Quickstart

Flow runs on your own LinkedIn account. Once it’s connected, you can find leads, run outreach, and manage every reply in one place. This page is the fastest way through all three.

First, connect your LinkedIn. Flow sends from your real profile, so connecting your account is what makes everything else work — it only takes a minute. See How connecting LinkedIn works if you want the detail.

Once you’re connected, the core loop is three steps: find the right people, run outreach on them, and handle the replies. Do each one yourself in Flow, or connect your AI assistant to run the whole loop for you. Either way, messages send at a human pace, with you in control.

1. Find leads with Search

Open Search and describe who you want to reach in plain English — for example, “Fractional CFOs at 11–50 person software companies in Denver.” Prefer to be precise? Use the filters for name or keywords, industry, job title, location and connection degree. Flow returns matching LinkedIn profiles. Tick anyone worth talking to and save them to a list.

2. Run outreach on your list

Open Run Outreach, choose a list, and press Run Outreach. Flow sends connection requests and follow-ups from your connected account, spaced out at a human pace and kept within safe daily limits. Each lead moves through the sequence on its own, and you can pause, resume or rewrite a campaign at any time without losing progress.

3. Manage replies in Connections

When people accept and reply, they appear in Connections — one shared inbox for your whole team. Work through it left to right: Unread for new replies, Follow Up for conversations to keep warm, and Won/Lost once you know the outcome. Reply from here and book the call.

4. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or your favourite AI assistant

Prefer to run the whole loop by just asking? Connect Flow to Claude, ChatGPT or your favourite AI assistant, then say what you want in plain English — “find fractional CFOs in Denver and start outreach” — and it runs search, outreach and replies for you.
