Welcome to Maya, an AI-powered Chrome extension built by Flow AI (operated by TitusX Universal Group Ltd). Maya helps you craft high-converting LinkedIn outreach messages directly inside LinkedIn. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Maya Chrome extension.

Information We Collect

1. LinkedIn Profile Data

We collect the following data from your LinkedIn profile:

Name
Headline
About section
LinkedIn profile URL
Email address (if available)
Work history and role data

This data is used to personalize your experience and generate relevant outreach messages.

2. Conversation & Contact Data

From LinkedIn pages and messaging threads, we collect:

Name, headline, and LinkedIn URL of the person you are messaging
Conversation history (message thread)
Message generation activity (what was generated and when)

3. Usage Data

We track:

Number of messages generated
Leads contacted
Reply detection (automated or user-flagged)

We do not track your browsing behavior outside of LinkedIn.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

Generate context-aware outreach messages
Automatically personalize your messages
Improve the quality and performance of Maya
Provide user support and troubleshoot issues
Monitor usage patterns for platform analytics and coaching

Chrome Extension Permissions

To function effectively, Maya requests the following Chrome permissions:

activeTab: To detect the active LinkedIn tab
scripting: To inject UI and retrieve content from the LinkedIn DOM
storage: To store your settings and synced profile data locally

Maya only activates on LinkedIn and never collects data from other websites.

Third-Party Services & AI Providers

To generate high-quality messages, Maya sends the following data to AI language model providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic:

Your LinkedIn profile data
The profile data of the person you’re messaging
Relevant conversation history

This is necessary to generate helpful, personalized responses. Maya does not store the content generated by AI providers unless it’s associated with a user action (e.g., saving or sending a message).

We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics tracking services.

In the Cloud: In our Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database

How We Protect Your Data

SOC 2-compliant database infrastructure
Encrypted transport via HTTPS
Authentication via LinkedIn/email to control access

Please note: data in our database is not encrypted at rest, though it is protected through access controls and secure storage protocols.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion. Data may be deleted at our discretion for maintenance or operational needs.
