Your LinkedIn profile data (name, headline, about section, profile URL, email if available, work history and role).
Conversation and contact data (name, headline, profile URL of the person you are messaging, message history, and message-generation activity).
Usage data (number of messages generated, leads contacted, and reply detections).

We do not track browsing behaviour outside of LinkedIn.

Maya only activates on LinkedIn and never collects data from other websites.

These transfers occur only to generate helpful, personalized responses. Maya does not store content generated by these providers unless you explicitly save or send it. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking services within the extension.

We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. How We Use Your Information

Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

Promotional Offers from the Company. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of service.

Data Retention and Deletion (for Maya users)

We retain your Maya-related data (LinkedIn profile data, contacted leads, and messages generated) while your account is active or until you request deletion. To delete your account or data, email tom@chooseflow.ai. We will process requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. All data is encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Data Storage for Maya

Maya stores data in two locations:

‍Locally on your device via Chrome local storage.‍
In the cloud via our Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Although database contents are not encrypted at rest, they are protected through strict access controls and secure storage protocols. Authentication occurs via LinkedIn or email login.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account or through a notice on the Website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
