Attachments
Sometimes the best reply comes with a file. Flow lets you attach a document or image to a LinkedIn message, so you can send a one-pager, case study or deck without leaving the conversation.
Attach a file to a message
Open a conversation in the Shared inbox and write your message. Use the attach control next to the composer to pick a file from your computer, then send — the file goes out as part of the message, from your own account.
When to use it
Attachments are ideal when a prospect asks for something concrete: a case study after a warm reply, a one-page overview, or an image that makes your point faster than text. Keep it relevant and light — one useful file beats a folder of them.
Tips
Lead with a line of context so the file doesn’t arrive cold, and pair attachments with a Snippet for the message text if you send the same resource often.
