Custom Prompts

Custom Prompts are reusable instructions that tell Flow’s AI how to write. Save the way you like to open, compliment or follow up, and reuse it on any lead or reply.

What a prompt is

A prompt is a saved instruction in your words — for example, “write a short, friendly message; mention something specific from their recent activity; keep it under three sentences; no pitch.” Flow follows it to draft a message. An optional Advanced Instructions field gives finer control over tone and structure.

Add a prompt

Go to Settings → Custom Prompts and press Add Prompt. Give it a name, write the prompt, and add advanced instructions if you want. Your prompts are then available whenever Flow drafts a message.

Auto Draft

At the bottom of the page, Auto Draft does the waiting for you. When it’s on, Flow generates an AI reply draft automatically the moment a teammate opens a lead or connection — the message field is pre-filled by the time the page finishes loading, ready to review in your Shared inbox and send.
