Using Flow with your CRM
Flow doesn’t have built-in integrations with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo or Instantly. There are three ways to connect them today:
- Through your AI assistant. Connect Flow and your other tools to Claude or ChatGPT as connectors, then ask in plain English, for example “add everyone who accepted this week to HubSpot as contacts”. Agent Builder has ready-made HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo and Instantly steps that run this way.
- With the API. Use the REST API from your own code or an automation tool such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
- By export. Use Export on a list in Run Outreach, and Find email to add verified emails, then import the file into your CRM or email tool.
Your assistant uses the same API key as the MCP connection, and every action still runs within your account’s safety limits.
